CRP Technology
CRP Meccanica is able to process a wide range of materials with CNC Machining, Rapid Casting and Rapid Prototyping like MMC and Super Aluminium, Titanium alloys, Steel alloys, Aluminium alloys, Magnesium and Copper, Superalloys and Windform materials. CRP Technology is centre of excellence not only for materials but also for applied technologies that are the result of meaningful activities in research and development. MMC of Aluminium: The production of MMC parts is one of the main activity of CRP Technology. The composites Metal Matrix are suitable for weight saving, higher stiffness and considerable resistance to efforts. They are usually processed with CNC machining or EDM. Super Aluminium - CRP 8601: As regards Super Aluminium CRP 8601 is the best example: it is an aerospace Aluminium alloy of high quality, created by CRP Technology and produced by powder metallurgy using the mixing process at high power which can guarantee excellent mechanical properties. They are usually processed with CNC machining or EDM. Titanium alloys Ti-6Al4V: Taking into account the properties of Titanium and its applications in different fields, from motorsport to aerospace, from naval to industrial sectors, CRP is able to process Titanium alloys from CNC machining and it has been the first to process these alloys through Rapid Casting. 17-4 PH Steel alloy: One of the steel alloy used by CRP is 17-4 PH processed through CNC machining or with Rapid Casting and then processed with CNC. With the process and the production of mechanical parts through Investment Casting of 17-4 PH Steel, CRP Technology has obtained weight reduction and a structural behaviour with higher efficiency, beside a higher final quality. Superalloys (Inconel 625): Superalloys like Inconel 625 are usually processed with Investmet Casting and CNC machining and it is possible to reach meaningful technical features like high quality of the surface and an excellent thickness under control (0,8mm typical thickness). Aluminium, Magnesium and Copper alloys: The Aluminium, Magnesium and Copper alloys fully CNC machined have properties of high quality of the surface and an excellence control of thickness. Moreover, they have good mechanical properties and they have great reliability. Windform® materials for RP: The studies carried out by CRP since 1996 have changed the market of Rapid Prototyping introducing the concept of Rapid Manufacturing: Windform® materials make possible the realization of selective laser sintering parts with higher technical performances for windtunnel applications and functional ready to use parts.

Cyberbond
At Cyberbond we have your important adhesive requirements met. Cyberbond is committed to meeting the strictest of standards for industrial adhesives. Our quality systems meet ISO 9001:2008 certification, ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification and ISO 13485:2003 certification. Whether you just need a small amount of industrial adhesive or mass quantities for a large project, Cyberbond has you covered. Cyanoacrylate Adhesives: Cyanoacrylate adhesives are also known as super glues and are solvent free and have a quick set time. UV Curing Adhesives: For applications which require resistance to thermal cycling under vibration, shock stresses or environmental exposure, go with UV curing adhesives. Anaerobic Adhesives: Anaerobic adhesives produce metal-to-metal bonds that are resistant to shock and vibration. Epoxy Adhesives: Electronics and general product assembly industries make use of epoxy adhesives to bond most plastics, metal, ceramics, wood and rubbers. Methyl Methacrylate Adhesives: Methyl Methacrylate adhesives are designed for structural bonding of any combination of thermosets, nylons, engineered thermoplastics, composites, e-coat and metal. Adhesive Accelerator: An adhesive accelerator assists in gap-filling and fillet applications, speeds the cure of cyanoacrylate adhesives and can be pre-applied or post-applied. Cyanoacrylate Remover: A cyanoacrylate remover is a colorless liquid which can quickly soften and dissolve adhesive from unwanted areas. Cyanoacrylate Primer: Cyanoacrylate primer enhances bond strength of cyanoacrylates on tough to bond substrates such as polyethylene, silicone rubber, polypropylene and any non-polar plastics. Medical Adhesive: Our medical adhesives are of the highest quality for the medical and healthcare industry.
